Welcome to our 11th annual PR Ram Run 5K Run/Walk.
This event is open to the public for competitive and casual runners and walkers. |
Proceeds will benefit the Pine-Richland Cross Country Booster Club as well as Wexford, Richland, Hance and Eden Hall Schools
Pre-race bag pick up taking place on Friday, October 4th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at the PR Middle School. Drive up and tell the volunteers your name and they will give you your bag.
- The 2 loop certified course starts and ends at the South Ridge Swimming Pool at North Park. Course is flat with rolling hills.
- All 5K and Mile runners and walkers will be issued a timing chip.
- Race results will be posted at race site and on Miles of Smiles Timing Services website (www.smileymiles.com)
- 5K trophies and prizes awarded to Top 3 Finisher male/female, Top 3 Master Runners (40 and over) male/female
- 5K trophies awarded to Top 3 Finisher male/female in the following age groups: 8 & under, 9-11, 12-15,
- 5K trophies awarded to First Place Finisher male/female in the following age groups: 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+, special stroller division
- Medals awards to Second/Third Place Finisher male/female in the following age groups: 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+, special stroller division
- 1 Mile trophies awarded to Top 3 Finishers male/female in Youth Division: 9 & under, 10-14
- Medals awarded to all children who participate in the 1 Mile Event!!!
*Baby joggers and strollers are permitted, however, for the safety of our runners no pets, bicycles, skates or skateboards are allowed.
*The 1 Mile Run/Walk is open to ALL runners and walkers. This is a great event for families and children.

Race Fees:
(Sizes are S, M, L, XL) - Adults will receive adult size shirts. Children will receive youth size shirt unless otherwise noted.
5K REGISTRATION:
$19 (registration before 9/10/2024)
$30 (late registration)
$35 on race day
- Pine Richland Students: $15 - prior to 9/10/2024 (K-12), $25 on race day
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (individual fee): $15 ($3 for those running 5K), $20 on race day
- 1 Mile Run/Walk (family of 4 fee): $55 - prior to 9/10/2024, $65 on race day
- Kids 0-4: Free (Strollers/baby joggers welcome!)
- Fee includes t-shirt, timing chip, post-race refreshments and kids activities, first served basis if shirts are available.
- Children 0-4 are free of charge but will not receive a t-shirt.
Online Registration will remain open until 8:00 AM on race day. We cannot guarantee a T-shirt for anyone who registers after September 15, 2024.

Post Race Activities:
Entertainment, free fun kids activities, food and refreshments and fun for the whole family! Awards ceremony and prizes.

South Ridge Road at Hemlock Drive, Allision Park, PA 15101, approximately 11 miles north of downtown Pittsburgh
Parking:
Must park in parking spots on the outer edge as you approach Pie Traynor Trail and continue behind the swimming pool.
